CLAYTON BROWN IS THE NEW CEO OF THE
INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES
Fred Brown will continue as board
Chairman
Fenton, Mo. - Clayton Brown has been named CEO of The
International Companies.
He will also retain his position of Chief Operating Officer. In
his new role he will provide leadership, vision and direction
for the International Companies.
Fred E. Brown will remain as Chairman and continue to provide
guidance and overall direction.
The
International Companies is a group of privately owned companies
including: International Food Products Corporation,
International Ingredient Corporation, Dairy House Company and
CHP Blenders.
Fred Brown, founder of the International Companies said:
“I am pleased that Clayton will be taking the
responsibilities of everyday leadership. He has proven to be a
good manager and I am confident that he will continue to grow
the organization.”
International Ingredient Corporation is a manufacturer of feed
and petfood ingredients based on co-products from the food
industry. The St. Louis, Mo.-based company operates nine
processing facilities and produces products ranging from
brewer’s dried yeast to cheese powders to milk chocolate powders
to dried dairy powders and sugar products.
Jim
Sullivan will continue in his role as President of International
Ingredient Corporation.
